Relatives visiting Limewood earlier this week gave the building the thumbs up.
22 residents are transferring from a nearby council-run care home, which will be demolished to provide space for general needs housing. Relatives of some of the residents visited the new building, and were given a guided tour by Manager Sue Gibbs and Choices' Director of Business Development Julie Harding.
They were all impressed with the quality of the furnishings, light and airy living areas and the move away from institutional care.

Limewood, a new dementia care home in Stafford, will open in a few short weeks, providing excellent quality residential and nursing care for 59 residents with dementia. Attached is a reality street – the High Street at Limewood – complete with a cinema, pub, hairdressers and information shop.
